Since our ownership we have made many improvements like:

• Upgraded all lighting to LEDs to be efficient in load balancing
• Installed shelving system to better accommodate wash and fold storage and stay organized
• We are meticulous about our machines maintenance and you will rarely see anything ‘out of service’ in our store
• We offer Organic dry cleaning to minimize harsh chemicals into the environment
• In our efforts to minimize our impact on the environment we started free reusable laundry bags with their name label for our wash and fold customers.
• We implemented a hanger recycling whereby customers can return used metal hangers.

Terms of Service for Eco Fresh Laundry Services:

Eco Fresh Laundry services are provided subject to your (“Customer”) compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read the following agreement carefully. “Customer” use of any of Eco Fresh Laundry’s services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

This agreement is strictly between Eco Fresh Laundry and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of Eco Fresh Laundry’s services, and for the mutual benefit of both Eco Fresh Laundry and the Customer, the undersigned (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Pick up and Delivery:

1. Eco Fresh Laundry reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.
2. Customer agrees to include only washable items in the laundry bag.
3. Customer is responsible for all damage to clothing, cleaning machines, or anything else when caused by any items present in the laundry bags.
4. Eco Fresh Laundry is not responsible for and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick-up or delivery, whether left by Customer or Eco Fresh Laundry if we followed your delivery instructions.

Garment Care, Missing or Damaged Goods:

• Eco Fresh Laundry will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service.
• Eco Fresh Laundry accepts no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear during washing and drying.
• Eco Fresh Laundry accepts no liability for “special care” items that require special attention to be cleaned.
• Eco Fresh Laundry reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
• Eco Fresh Laundry does not guarantee removal of all stains.
• Eco Fresh Laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags.
• Customer must notify Eco Fresh Laundry within 5 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitute waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.

Disclaimer

Eco Fresh Laundry’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This liability shall be the extent of Eco Fresh Laundry’s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy.

In no event will Eco Fresh Laundry be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Eco Fresh Laundry knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Eco Fresh Laundry disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.
